Your Exclusive 4-hour Afternoon fishing charter on Maui departs from Maalaea Harbor on the southern coast, where you’ll find our custom 42-foot Bertram yacht, the Jun Ken Po, docked at Slip #41. On board this safe, stylish, and modern fishing vessel, you’ll have access to everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable day of sportfishing, deep sea fishing, or bottom fishing, from premium fishing equipment to shaded seating and coolers for your own snacks and drinks.
Traveling with a crew of decades-experienced fishers, you’ll sail to Maui’s best fishing hotspots. Your angling guides will locate the destinations most abundant with prize fish using their in-depth local knowledge and our boat’s state-of-the-art tracking and sensor systems.
In addition to hooking trophy species such as marlin, ahi (yellowfin tuna), ono (wahoo), and mahi-mahi (dolphinfish), you may be lucky enough to spot rare marine creatures such as whales, dolphins, and turtles, depending on the season. Regardless of the season, you’ll be treated to sprawling views of the Pacific backdropped by Maui’s beautiful coast.
All you need to bring is some snacks and drinks to keep chilled in our cooler, sun protection in the form of lotion, and appropriate clothing. Don’t forget your fishing license! All fishing gear and guidance are included in the tour.

All participants are required to have a Hawaii state fishing license.
Individual participants will need to register online with the state DLNR and pay $20.00 per person through their website.
Children 14 and under, active military and their families, and state residents are exempt.
Do NOT pay for your fishing license until you are within a couple of days of your charter! The State will not issue refunds should trips be canceled due to weather or other events.
